✔️ 1 tsp vinegar
✔️ 550 g flour (sifted)
✔️ A pinch of salt
✔️ Vanilla
For the meringue, you will need:✔️ 6 egg whites
✔️ 400 g sugar
✔️ A pinch of citric acid
✔️ 1 tbsp cornstarch
The fluffy layers and meringue bake together in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 35-40 minutes, using both upper and lower heat. (Adjust baking according to your oven.)

✔️ 600 g cream cheese
✔️ 120 g powdered sugar
