A very aromatic and delicious lemon cake recipe

☑ For a 40x30 cm baking tray
1 portion

For 2 layers of sponge cake, you will need a double portion. I prepared half the portion and cut the sheet in half:
✔ 200g Oda spread
✔ 4 egg yolks
✔ 1 whole egg
✔ 350g sugar
✔ 550g yogurt
✔ 1 tsp baking soda
✔ 400g flour
✔ A pinch of salt

For the filling:
✔ 2 peeled lemons
✔ 1 lemon with the peel
✔ 300g white raisins
✔ 4 egg whites
✔ A pinch of salt
✔ 200g sugar

☑ Bake the sponge at 170°C in a preheated oven with convection for 20 minutes.
